WELSH internet service provider Spectrum Internet has extended its network.
It now runs from Chepstow to Haverfordwest – 150 miles – with coverage in Cardiff, Swansea and Carmarthen.
The firm says it can offer high speed connections up to 10Gb across the network. “Business owners and residential customers can now use a Welsh ISP who can provide similar services and speeds offered by national UK providers,” claimed Giles Phelps, managing director of Spectrum Internet.
“Due to the technically advanced design, Spectrum can offer enhanced services and solutions not available from traditional service providers. You know where your service comes from, you get great local customer service, local engineers who understand the geographical challenges when it comes to access, low contention rates and competitive prices.”
One of Spectrum’s new customers to join the network is office seating manufacturer, Orangebox, in Hengoed who now benefit from a 100Mb connection between two of their sites and a dedicated Internet leased line.
